Sponsors

Our Festival has grown and developed over the course of 17 amazing years and has become a major event in Berwick’s calendar, attracting thousands of visitors including tourists and locals. This would not be possible without the help and financial support from our sponsors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their support.

We are extremely grateful to receive this support from these fantastic local businesses – we couldn’t do it without them!

Street Food Traders

Expect a wide variety of global flavours, with delicious options available both beside the bar marquee and throughout the Artisan Market all weekend. We are really excited to have new and returning businesses, more options for you to enjoy, and a coffee bar on the marquee side of the festival this time round as requested heavily the past few years.

Demo Kitchen

We have five amazing sessions planned for this year’s demo kitchen, including for the first time a hands-on workshop.

Joel from Greener Berwick will be talking about Split Fava Beans, introducing us to their background, history and importance in today’s food supply chain for tackling climate change. He’ll be demonstrating a variety of recipes using the fava bean. Drop-in sessions on Saturday morning.

Angus Mason from Newcastle Cocktail Kitchen, will be giving us a fat washing demo, which is a technique you can do at home to elevate your cocktails. Angus will be showing us how to make a Toasted Coconut Oil Negroni and a Brown Butter Washed Whisky Cocktail. Drop-in sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.

Patricia from SecretTaart Patisserie will be sharing the secrets of profiteroles with us on Sunday, whilst on Saturday you can book for her chocolate-making workshop (info to come).
