We hold an Annual General Meeting every year in the Spring to bring together members and friends over some nibbles and a glass of wine or beer to celebrate our achievements and discuss plans for the future.

Members have the right to vote at the AGM and propose motions, or ask questions. Members vote to elect and/or confirm the Berwick Slow Food Management Committee to manage the group at the annual meeting.

Notice of the AGM will be posted here at least three weeks before the proposed date, along with financial statements for the year.
