We are so glad that you are considering applying to the 2026 Berwick Food and Beer Festival.

Below you will find the links to the Traders Information Sheets that are full of really important details and information.

Please read them in full (they aren't long!) before you apply and before sending us an inquiry via email as you will most likely find your answer in there.

Food Hygiene rating
All food & drink producers must now disclose their food hygiene rating on applying. If you are not a food or drink producer, please select 'Not a food business'.
Please type in your Local Authority. For non food & drink traders, please write 'not a food & drink trader'

Please note that there will be an additional charge if you require us to provide a generator. If you are providing your own generator, we have strict requirements on their noise level (which can be found in the Trader Information Sheet.)

As stated in the T&Cs Slow Food members are eligible for a £10 discount. If this applies please email us seperately on [email protected] to arrange your payment and attach proof of membership.

Payment Details :

You will receive an invoice to make payment within 10 working days of receiving your confirmation of booking.

If you don't receive either a confirmation email or a payment invoice within 1 month of booking, please do get in touch.
